Far from the concepts and business models of many track home builders, we believe that flexibility, ingenuity, craftsmanship, creativity, and experience are some of the qualities that distinguish our work. We are willing and able to offer each of our customers the hands-on attention and time that is necessary to the success of a custom construction project. We make ourselves available to our customers anytime we are needed throughout construction and beyond.

Quality Throughout. Our custom home contracts include generous allowances for items such as cabinetry, counter-tops, flooring, doors, decking, appliances, etc. Through our well established local partnerships and relationships, we are proud to offer our customers access to some of the finest material suppliers in the area in order to make these personalized selections at competitive prices. In addition we are proud to extend our commercial discounts at these establishments directly on to our customers to ensure that project costs remain as low as possible.  

Custom Design and Construction. Just as important as the actual construction of a custom home is the design phase. We have worked on custom projects drawn by a variety of local architects. We are happy to make recommendations and even attend meetings with our customers to assist in the design phase. Furthermore, we are happy to share our portfolio of custom homes and even arrange tours when possible of past projects as a source of inspiration.
