Another challenge often involved in an addition is the cleanliness and security of the portions of the home that are either being inhabited during construction or that are not being updated. At Bowman Walker we are very sensitive to the fact that we are working in someone’s home and therefore work diligently to ensure that the site remains safe, clean and secure throughout construction. We are also extremely conscious about maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior work site. Many a neighbor and even neighborhood has been unnecessarily inconvenienced or disturbed by the carelessness of a builder that is not conscious of debris, construction material storage and other temporary effects of the construction process.
